📋 Description

• Maintain infrastructure and tooling powering the core platform • Maintain CI/CD pipelines • Automate operational workflows • Ensure security and compliance with industry standards • Improve infrastructure performance and reliability • Monitor and optimize system costs • Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize environments and deployment patterns • Maintain observability and incident response processes • Ensure scalability of cloud-based systems • Collaborate with global full-stack, data, AI, and DevOps engineers on scalable backend solutions • Drive significant individual contributions within a small team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience, ideally including infrastructure, performance, security, or compliance • Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving • Knowledge of Python; openness to strong candidates from other object-oriented backgrounds • Experience with serverless technologies such as Lambda and EC2, asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments • Strong knowledge of relational databases and performance tuning, ideally PostgreSQL • Knowledge of Terraform, IaaC best practices, and Docker or similar tools • Experience with LLMs/generative AI or distributed systems is a bonus
