📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational growth objectives • Conduct needs assessments to understand hiring requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies • Use recruitment tools and technologies to streamline hiring and improve candidate experience • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies • Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies • Develop and deliver training for internal hiring managers and recruiters • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Maintain accurate recruitment activity records • Manage and mentor junior recruiters and coordinate with hiring managers • Advise stakeholders on recruitment and talent acquisition best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience • Working to advanced knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse • Advanced knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Google AdWords • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing candidate data and recruitment processes • Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior recruiters and coordinate with hiring managers • Excellent communication skills to articulate job requirements and negotiate offers • Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to advise stakeholders on recruitment and talent acquisition best practices
