📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for healthcare and operational positions • Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to prioritize critical openings • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Track candidate activity within ATS and recruiting platforms • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed • Support recruiting strategies focused on attracting top talent within competitive markets

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience conducting candidate phone screens and assessments • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Experience working within an ATS and recruiting technologies • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred • Experience recruiting medical, allied health, technician, or clinical support positions preferred • Experience supporting remote hiring teams preferred • RPO, staffing, or agency recruiting experience preferred
