📋 Description

• Coordinate patient fitting activities in support of the sales organization • Serve as the local point of contact and field technical resource for patient fittings • Develop fitter relationships and serve as primary contact for regional dispatching needs • Liaise between corporate headquarters dispatching and local fitter assignments • Review and submit 1099 Assure Patient Specialists invoices • Ensure timely Service Level Agreements for open work orders, including initial fittings and follow-up tasks • Maintain the monthly Assure Patient Specialist fitting cap • Assist with oversight of the fitter certification process • Coordinate Assure Patient Specialist availability for fittings • Report on activities to streamline certification and fitter readiness as regional demand grows • Track metrics for continuous improvement in service, fitting, and training processes • Track and document the multi-step fitter certification process in Salesforce • Work with Operations and IT to improve the A-Z software platform for fitters and dispatching • Adhere to the Pledge of Confidentiality and protect patient information • Occasional domestic travel, up to 10% • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Weekend availability • Bachelor’s degree; comparable work experience may be substituted for a degree • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with a clear and simple communication style • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Basic understanding of field-based training processes • Keen understanding of commercial sales environment and service-level expectations • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment • Ability to break complex processes into simple and repeatable processes • Ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement • Ability to understand and contribute to commercial goals nationally and within an assigned region • Ability to provide instruction and instill confidence in Assure patients with demonstrated patient care skills • Highly organized, service- and detail-oriented • Strong project management and multitasking skills • Ability to consistently and effectively work remotely • Applicants must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment drug testing is a condition of employment
