📋 Description

• Own and aggressively grow a high-value portfolio of IBs, money managers, and institutional partners • Identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships with top-tier IBs, affiliates, and fund managers • Actively acquire new business at regional level, building and managing your own pipeline from scratch • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and structure commercial agreements • Drive revenue growth through volume-based and revenue-share partner models • Represent the company at global industry events, expos, and trading conferences • Mentor junior BDMs and contribute to elevating overall team performance • Identify new market segments and whitespace opportunities within the FX/CFD space

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of enterprise or strategic sales experience within the FX/CFD industry (mandatory) • Proven track record with an active book of IBs and partner relationships ready for onboarding • Strong expertise in FX market structure, liquidity, pricing, and IB/affiliate models • Demonstrated success in hunting and closing high-value partnerships (e.g., $500K+ revenue deals) • Ability to independently drive business development with minimal support • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders • Experience structuring revenue-share, CPA, and hybrid commercial agreements • Fluency in English is an advantage; additional regional languages are highly valued • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
