📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain software features and functionality • Conduct code reviews and pull requests while ensuring adherence to coding standards • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems • Improve software development processes and practices • Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers • Work with Quality Assurance teams and participate in QA efforts when needed • Participate in internal and external product support when needed • Contribute to technical documentation and project reports • Engage in Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes • Develop and maintain software applications, implement features, and ensure code quality • Design and troubleshoot complex solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 4-6 years of experience in software engineering or a related field • Strategic thinking and exceptional problem-solving abilities • High-level proficiency in relevant tools and technologies • Proficiency in design patterns • Strong architectural skills • Advanced debugging abilities • Ability to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives • Ability to influence decision-making • Ability to take ownership of complex tasks • Ability to mentor team members • Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes • Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, code optimization, and continuous integration practices • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
