📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire RF(X) response process from initiation to final delivery • Manage bid/no-bid decision-making to prioritize strategic opportunities • Guide bid assessment, requirements analysis, draft creation, response development, review cycles, and submission • Collaborate with sales leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams • Craft tailored proposal content highlighting the company’s expertise and value proposition • Align proposals with client needs and industry standards • Maintain and optimize the Responsive AI-powered proposal content repository • Keep the content library accurate, current, and easily deployable • Drive process improvements and deliver measurable impact on high-priority initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Communications, English, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience writing proposals and managing the RF(X) process • Experience with bid/no-bid decision-making, proposal lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration • Proven track record of successfully leading proposal development efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Experience with Responsive content library software (desired) • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (desired) • Familiarity with Adobe PDF tools for document preparation and editing (desired) • Strong attention to detail • Leadership, collaboration, project management, adaptability, and process improvement capabilities
