• Own the lifecycle of multiple Development and Management Cycle products, such as the Core Skills Rubric and related toolkits • Translate organizational strategy into practical tools, templates, dashboards, workflows, and resources • Gather user feedback and analyze usage data to prioritize product improvements • Define product requirements and partner across teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Maintain a product roadmap balancing strategic priorities with operational needs • Design, document, and continuously improve talent processes • Build repeatable systems that reduce complexity and enable high-quality execution • Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and opportunities for automation or simplification • Ensure processes align with organizational operating norms and integrate with adjacent systems • Develop and maintain reliable data systems supporting talent decisions • Define success metrics and dashboards with stakeholders • Monitor data quality and establish accuracy and consistency processes • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights • Lead cross-functional implementation of new products and processes • Create project plans, monitor milestones, and manage risks • Develop communications, training, and implementation resources to support adoption • Build stakeholder investment through change management • Create and maintain documentation for products, systems, and processes • Organize, maintain, and continuously update institutional knowledge • Establish standards for documentation, version control, and process ownership
• 5+ years of work experience and results creating and implementing talent processes and tools, especially in development, performance management, and employee recognition • Experience in the K-12 sector is strongly preferred, but not mandatory • Experience providing services at an organization with national reach • Experience working with teammates across multiple time zones • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Passion and commitment to KIPP’s mission and ability to uphold KIPP’s core values • Ability to co-create ambitious goals and drive toward desired outcomes across multiple workstreams • Understanding of an organization’s operating model, structure, and core operational processes • Ability to build and maintain knowledge management systems • Ability to develop and codify processes • Ability to build project plans aligned with organizational priorities • Stakeholder management and feedback-gathering experience • Ability to build trusting relationships and effective communications • Ability to identify and remove barriers to cross-team work
