📋 Description

• Provide exceptional personal service to customers and internal associates • Handle incoming customer contacts using company resources and established processes • Resolve complex customer concerns at the first point of contact with focus on quality and efficiency • Coordinate with internal teams as necessary • Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships • Foster performance, team engagement, service quality, knowledge, skills, and morale • Maintain professionalism, composure, empathy, and courtesy in all interactions • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently • Document and provide regular feedback to leadership to improve team processes, products, and services • Handle complex transactions and review, validate, or adjust customer payment information • Follow PCI compliance, data privacy, and security protocols • Participate in quality monitoring and compliance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a combination of applicable education and work experience • 3+ years of customer service/management experience in a call center environment • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills • Ability to convey empathy and professionalism • Ability to build cross-functional and cross-brand relationships • Ability to motivate internal associates to achieve high performance and drive results • Exceptional computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Familiarity with order management systems and contact center platforms • Strong critical-thinking skills and a solution-oriented mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently • Solid understanding of PCI compliance, data privacy requirements, and security protocols
