• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform • Develop new business applications and workflows while enhancing and sustaining production Microsoft 365 solutions across the full software development lifecycle • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards • Administer SharePoint Online environments, including site architecture, permissions, information architecture, governance, and lifecycle management • Build and maintain reusable Power Platform components, automation templates, and application frameworks • Package, deploy, and promote Power Platform solutions across Development, Test, and Production using enterprise ALM practices and tools • Monitor application and platform health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions within SLAs • Manage incidents, service requests, problems, releases, and changes using ITIL-based ITSM processes • Participate in CAB activities by preparing implementation plans, technical impact assessments, rollback procedures, and deployment documentation • Automate administrative and operational tasks using PnP PowerShell and other scripting technologies • Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on security policies, continuous monitoring, and ATO documentation • Support vulnerability remediation, configuration management, audit readiness, and security compliance activities • Develop technical documentation, operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures • Contribute to continuous service improvement, process modernization, user experience, platform reliability, and performance • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, cybersecurity personnel, and infrastructure engineers to support federal mission objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise SharePoint Online environments • Demonstrated expertise with site collections, information architecture, governance, permissions management, and records management • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps Canvas Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Microsoft Dataverse integrations • Experience supporting applications throughout the full software development lifecycle in a production environment • Experience automating SharePoint administration tasks at scale using PnP PowerShell • Advanced SharePoint Online administration expertise, including site collections, communication sites, hub sites, information architecture, governance, site templates, navigation, branding, content types, site columns, lists, document libraries, versioning, retention policies, and records management • Advanced SharePoint security administration knowledge, including groups, permission levels, permission inheritance, unique permissions, external sharing controls, governance, and lifecycle management • Power Apps Canvas Apps responsive design and user experience best practices • Power Automate cloud flows, including approval workflows, scheduled automation, and event-driven automation • Microsoft Dataverse enterprise data modeling and application development • Strong understanding of Power Fx, delegation, performance optimization, error handling, and resiliency patterns • Strong troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action skills • Experience managing ITIL-based ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management • Strong written and verbal communication skills and technical documentation abilities • Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams • Preferred: federal government IT program or contract experience, ITIL-based O&M or managed services experience, and familiarity with ATO processes and federal IT security compliance requirements • Desired: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, SharePoint Administrator, or equivalent Microsoft 365 platform certification; Power Pages or Power BI; Azure services; NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, Section 508, Microsoft Purview, Agile methodologies, ITIL Foundation, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Graph API
