📋 Description

• Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions • Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations • Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements • Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies • Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives • Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery • Contribute to continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools • Develop and implement effective communication and training plans • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables • Identify and address potential resistance to change • Help clients navigate complex organizational transformations, particularly within the technology sector

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting • Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving • Effective communication and presentation skills • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Familiarity with project management methodologies • Experience designing and delivering training programs • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)
