📋 Description

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and systems to identify root causes • Recommend solutions balancing technical feasibility, timelines, and customer priorities • Test, refine, and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and repeatability • Assess risks and implement disruption-prevention strategies • Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies • Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments • Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors • Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians • Drive project delivery from initiation to completion while maintaining quality and timelines • Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders • Deliver high-impact results that build customer confidence • Expand expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies • Earn certifications and qualifications through real-world projects • Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Selector AI • Database administration experience with MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, or similar technologies • Project development, deployment, and management experience • Deep expertise in a specific technology domain, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics • Enterprise IT application experience • Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in the public cloud AWS domain • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for producing technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models • Logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches • Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Ability to work at a client, customer, or partner location where applicable COVID-19 vaccination proof may be required
