📋 Description

• Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to develop insights and recommendations • Support the development and execution of eProcurement sales initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve end-user engagement and align program activity with broader business goals • Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and presentation materials • Partner with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams • Manage workstreams within larger strategic projects, tracking progress and flagging risks • Keep stakeholders informed through organized, concise communication • Prepare executive-ready presentations and briefings • Handle sensitive data and business information with care and discretion

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales strategy, analytics, consumer insights, or a closely related business role • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior audiences • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) • Experience and comfort working with data sets and across multiple analytics tools and platforms • Experience with eProcurement portals or B2B sales processes • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, math or a related field — or equivalent experience (preferred) • Familiarity with customer segmentation methods or sales performance frameworks (preferred) • Experience working in a retail, education, or consumer products environment (preferred)
