📋 Description

• Validate and accurately reconcile non-trade claims in Lamb Weston’s ERP system based on established sales contracts and SOX controls • Support all business units and departments enterprise-wide while overseeing specific strategic customers • Develop and maintain relationships with extended business functions within Lamb Weston • Serve as the first point of contact for escalation on disputes and deduction resolution • Expand responsibilities to include Sales Excellence tasks and Salesforce support • Liaise between business functions, customers, and Acxion to ensure accurate and timely task completion • Execute key performance indicators for claim processing by managing dollar, day, and quantity thresholds • Support Acxion with dispute and deduction settlement and conduct periodic account reviews with sales teams or external customers • Provide new-hire onboarding and ongoing training for existing team members • Set up manual contracts in the ERP tool following SOX audit controls • Develop, lead, and execute cross-functional invalid-deduction recovery projects • Follow SOX audit compliance when reviewing, processing, and making independent business-impacting decisions • Review write-off ledgers to monitor under-threshold short-pay write-offs and prevent revenue leakage • Support the OSD team in researching and analyzing OSD claims • Perform other duties, analytics, and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, trade deductions, non-trade deductions, or dispute resolution • Strong analytical, mathematical, research, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple business systems • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Experience presenting information and recommendations to sales teams, internal stakeholders, and customers • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills • Spanish language proficiency preferred • Some travel may be required • Ability to work in an office/remote environment • May sit for long periods at a desk or computer terminal • Ability to use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment • Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required
