📋 Description

• Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs and role-based learning journeys for new commercial hires • Partner with field managers, FSTs, HR, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to align onboarding milestones, training expectations, and business priorities • Ensure learners have access to required platforms, resources, and certifications during onboarding • Organize and execute new hire training classes and improve onboarding processes • Design and manage disease state, product, market, and skills-based curricula across commercial teams • Create blended learning experiences using self-directed study, live facilitation, workshops, peer learning, role-play, and field application • Facilitate virtual and live training events, including new hire training, workshops, launch training, certification sessions, and train-the-trainer meetings • Develop and maintain certification pathways for product knowledge, prescribing information, messaging, customer engagement, and core capabilities • Translate complex clinical, operational, and commercial topics into practical learning experiences • Partner with brand, marketing, medical, and field leadership to evaluate programs, identify gaps, and improve performance • Own commercial training platforms and learning technologies, ensuring content is accessible, compliant, relevant, and measurable • Use the LMS to build learning journeys, assign and track training, manage certifications, monitor progress, and generate reports • Incorporate AI-enabled practice and coaching tools such as Cicero and other assessment platforms • Integrate training with IAM, CRM, Veeva, Salesforce, Field Data tools, Power BI, the corporate intranet, LinkedIn Learning, and other platforms • Partner with Digital, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and IT on training for digital resources, approved content channels, CRM tools, dashboards, and field systems • Use training data, assessments, feedback, and business performance to refine learning strategy • Design and implement training supporting launches, national meetings, POAs, tradeshows, in-services, and other strategic events • Build readiness plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, and reinforcement tools • Conduct learning needs assessments and design facilitation strategies and application-based practice • Develop and manage assessments, quizzes, knowledge checks, observation tools, scorecards, and rubrics • Establish success metrics and feedback loops to monitor training effectiveness and demonstrate business value • Reinforce learning through coaching, field application, and post-training pull-through • Serve as a strategic member of the commercial leadership team and shape training priorities • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Customer Experience, HR, Compliance, and Sales Operations • Ensure training materials and activities meet Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review requirements and approved content standards • Oversee vendors, budgets, and project management for training development, platforms, events, and learning initiatives • Create scalable, learner-centered, business-relevant training experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8–10 years of commercial training, learning and development, enablement, or related experience • Experience preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, or regulated healthcare environments • Expertise in curriculum design, adult learning principles, facilitation, assessment strategy, certification design, and learning measurement • Experience developing and delivering onboarding, launch readiness, product training, and ongoing capability-building programs • Working knowledge of LMS platforms, CRM platforms, Salesforce, Veeva, identity and access management (IAM) platforms, Field Data Tools, Power BI, LinkedIn Learning, and related enablement technologies • Ability to use training data, learner feedback, and business insights to improve programs and demonstrate effectiveness • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience operating in a complex, matrixed, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Understanding of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, promotional compliance, and interactions with healthcare professionals • Experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, neurology, or related specialty areas preferred • Neurology, nuclear medicine, and/or diagnostics experience is a plus • Travel 20–30% as needed • Candidates must meet all basic qualifications to be eligible for hire • Must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States
