📋 Description

• Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into LaserAway treatment plans • Manage a pipeline of warm, inbound leads and a revenue target • Work the lead queue and conduct consultative phone conversations • Educate patients on LaserAway treatment options • Overcome objections and follow up persistently • Close sales through phone-based consultations • Manage pipeline activity through the CRM • Report to the Remote Sales Director • Collaborate with LaserAway's national marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Outbound sales experience required • Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day • Ability to build trust and create urgency over the phone • Ability to manage an independent sales pipeline • Available to cover an assigned U.S. time zone • Motivated by measurable results • Aesthetics background is not required • Must be able to work remotely in a full-time position
