📋 Description
• Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into treatment plans • Work a pipeline of warm, inbound leads and drive a revenue target • Work the lead queue • Conduct consultative phone conversations • Educate patients on LaserAway's treatment options • Overcome objections • Follow up persistently • Close sales • Manage pipeline activities through the CRM
🎯 Requirements
• Outbound sales experience required • Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional • 50+ outbound calls per day • Ability to manage an independent pipeline • Available to cover assigned time zone across U.S. regions • Motivated by measurable results • No aesthetics background required
