📋 Description

• Execute all company strategies and initiatives at the Floor & Decor store level • Support Floor & Decor daily activities at the store level and develop and strengthen the relationship with this key account • Introduce, demonstrate, and promote current and new products to Floor & Decor store associates and end users • Conduct contractor days and commercial events • Maximize market penetration in assigned territories • Evaluate competitive situations, coordinate intelligence gathering, and implement appropriate tactics • Submit quarterly reports summarizing LATICRETE performance, Retail Ambassador experiences, findings, insights, successes, and failures • Educate Floor & Decor store-level staff and encourage promotion of LATICRETE products • Assist Technical Services with claim inspections and information gathering • Assist Floor & Decor PSA associates in maintaining Plan-O-Gram integrity and POP materials in stores • Perform other directly related duties and assume accountabilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience working in a home center environment • Ability to do presentations to large groups • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a good driving record • Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds • High level of self motivation • Strong organizational skills • Creative thinking • Strong written communication skills • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) • Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal) highly preferred • Team cooperation and a positive, cooperative attitude with all LATICRETE employees and customers • High School diploma required • Four year college degree preferred • 80%+ travel, some of which may be on short notice
