📋 Description

• Manage high-volume client interactions within a structured call center environment • Use Salesforce CRM software to respond to clients’ concerns via phone • Work with collections agencies by phone to obtain settlement documentation • Review documents from clients and collections agencies to ensure they meet specified criteria • Upload documents to the firm’s system • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed • Provide administrative support to the firm’s attorneys • Work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST after training, with no weekend shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of office support experience • Superior organizational and time-management skills • Computer literacy and ability to learn the firm’s case management software • Highest ethical standards and professional integrity • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients, staff, and outside parties • EST candidates only • Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify • Fluent Spanish is a plus • Salesforce experience is a plus
