• Responsible for processing International and U.S. New Hires. • Terminations and LOA’s • Ensure compliance and data integrity of payroll data in all systems • Ensures and maintains compliance with applicable payroll legislation. • Executes time and attendance set up for first day of employment. • Deliver superior customer service to both staff and external vendors, escalating benefits and payroll issues where required. • Validate Record of Employment submissions. • Additional duties and special projects, as assigned. • Support with administering & communicating reward and benefit programs.
• Minimum 1-2 years related payroll experience with multi-state and International payroll experience an asset. • Proficient in using an HRIS system in particularly Kronos or ADP, as well as Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Teams, Slack, etc. • Previous ATS experience, Hibob or others. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex problems and issues. • Strong technical skills; super-user ability/understanding of an integrated database system/HRIS. • Self-motivated, team player, able to work well under pressure. • Well organized, with strong attention to detail.
