📋 Description

• Coordinate payroll processing for the US and International regions in collaboration with the Global Payroll Director, including preparing and submitting monthly payroll input files • Liaise with local payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll information flow, reviewing calculations and resolving payroll queries • Monitor tax and social security liabilities across supported regions and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies • Collaborate with HR to address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and comprehensively • Review and authorize payroll-related bank transactions, including approving payments in online banking systems • Support external annual audits by providing documentation and clarification on payroll-related matters • Participate in payroll process improvement and enhancement projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international payroll function • Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and compliance • Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with adaptability to change and a commitment to ongoing self-improvement
