📋 Description

• Work with the Account Manager to provide timely and professional client service • Develop knowledge of assigned accounts and meet department standards for client service, professionalism, and work attitude • Process emails in agency inboxes and route renewal-related emails to the Account Manager • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policy changes • Place certificate requests in the appropriate folder or process them when needed • Assist the Account Manager with marketing during marketing and quotation processes • Assist clients and policyholders with filing claims or making claim updates • Process renewal certificates • Process customer correspondence, certificates of insurance, binders, cancellation requests, insurance ID cards, and internal correspondence • Set activities and follow-ups and maintain consistent client files in the agency management system • Fulfill other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) • Must be able to communicate information and respond to questions (both verbally and in written form) effectively with clients, company personnel, and others • Possess current Property, Casualty Insurance License • Basic knowledge of Insurance products • Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting • Must have an ergonomic desk and chair • Desk large enough for two large monitors and laptop • Quiet workspace able to support conversations without background noise • High-speed internet connection of 50MB Up and Down or higher • Wired internet connection in the workspace
