📋 Description

• Proactively support servicing and account administration for clients, partners, brokers, and consultants • Support administrative sales activities for qualifying and quoting prospects, installing new clients, making client changes, processing renewals, and open enrollment • Build and maintain internal relationships with account managers, sales personnel, and business partners to understand customer requirements • Support client development plans and assigned projects aligned with strategic objectives, communication, growth, and retention • Communicate and coordinate client requirements with business partners to support plan design and meet client expectations • Support new-client implementation and intake requests to meet implementation timelines • Verify, document, and coordinate client administrative requirements within approved processes and procedures • Maintain knowledge of existing and new products, services, and general information • Use the sales automation system to maintain current client and prospect records • Identify problematic issues, propose approved alternatives, and escalate for custom solutions as needed • Coordinate with departments and account teams to resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction • Prepare collateral and conduct open enrollment presentations for sales teams, clients, and client members • Ensure complete and accurate information is maintained across client, broker, and prospect systems

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of customer service or client service experience • Ability to quickly learn the company’s products, service offerings, and internal systems • Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and business issues • Understanding of business objectives and the business environment • Ability to work within an agile environment and adapt quickly to change • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing work and managing high volumes of information and requests • Proficient with MS Office, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, including building files, writing formulas, combining columns, copying, and merging data/files • For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings
