📋 Description

• Source documentary families from Legacy Farmer’s client base • Build a cold pipeline of podcast guests across the country • Build genuine trust with farm families before filming • Conduct deeply honest on-camera documentary and podcast interviews • Follow conversation threads, read the room, and uncover authentic stories • Represent the Saving the American Farmer brand across documentaries, podcasts, social media, and live events • Help shape format, cadence, and editorial direction with leadership • Maintain a strict content release schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the US • Remote work with Central-time overlap • Ability to travel 35–55 days per year, mostly driving to rural locations • Deep, authentic agriculture background: grew up on a farm, married into agriculture, or 10+ years in the agriculture industry • Demonstrated experience interviewing, storytelling, hosting, or producing podcast, video, or stage content • Video explaining why you are right for the role required • Examples of work you have made required • Existing audience or established presence in ag media preferred • Story/editorial instinct in the edit room preferred • Existing relationships with farm families across multiple states preferred • Comfort hosting on a live stage preferred • Working knowledge of farm financials preferred • Journalism degrees, broadcast pedigrees, and AgTech/SaaS backgrounds are not required • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by participation in E-Verify
