📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Store Platform Engineering team • Drive engineering excellence, mentor talent, and support business priorities • Define and execute the roadmap for store technology platforms, including endpoint management, device lifecycle management, platform modernization, and global technology standards • Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and support experiences across the retail environment • Partner with Retail Operations, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Reliability Engineering, and other stakeholders • Deliver secure, reliable, and intuitive technology platforms supporting store associates and customer experiences globally • Establish engineering governance, vendor management practices, and platform standards • Improve reliability, consistency, and long-term operational performance • Report to the Senior Manager, SRE & Platform Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Retail Technology, or Enterprise Technology environments • Experience leading and developing technical engineering teams in large-scale, distributed environments • Strong expertise in endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and retail technology platforms • Experience delivering automation, self-service, platform modernization, and technology standardization initiatives • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline • Engineering Leadership (Strategy, Delivery, Talent Development, Governance) • Endpoint & Device Engineering (Intune, Workspace ONE, SCCM, Endpoint Management) • Store Technology Platforms (POS, Store Systems, Retail Infrastructure) • Platform Engineering (Modernization, Standardization, Lifecycle Management) • Automation & AI (Copilot, Self-Service, AI Solutions, Automation)
