📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Work in an office or home environment while adapting to schedules and policyholder needs • Complete paid training and licensing • Work scheduled shifts of 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST, or 1:30 PM–10:00 PM EST • Maintain Work at Home requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2-3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in the specified eligible locations • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
