📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers about their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Work with incoming warm leads; no cold calls • Complete 16 weeks of paid training for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires • Work remotely from home while adapting to schedules and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in the specified eligible states • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet required: minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
