📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with suitable insurance products and services • Complete paid training and licensing program • Work with incoming warm leads and make no cold calls • Maintain required work-at-home department standards • Adapt to office or home work environments, schedules, and policyholder needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible locations • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
