📋 Description

• Serve as a high-level product support representative for dealers within the assigned territory • Build positive relationships with the dealer network and customers • Train dealers on customer delivery, pre-start inspections, periodic machine inspections, software updates, system downloads, warranty claim procedures, and spare-parts ordering and stocking • Assist dealer mechanics with advanced troubleshooting and repair procedures after technical call-center remote assistance is exhausted • Examine and evaluate warranty claims, particularly defective major components • Evaluate dealer capability to support Liebherr machines, including technician skills, training plans, tools, and parts support • Analyze dealer-specific training needs for continuous service-support improvement • Follow up on field-modification completions • Hold regular dealer meetings to address issues and concerns • Provide upper management with detailed reports on daily activities, machine issues, dealer activity, and customer concerns

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver license and passport • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Willingness and ability to work remotely • Ability to support Liebherr Construction and Material Handling Equipment • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and repair assistance • Ability to provide dealer and customer service personnel training
