📋 Description

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers • Deliver proficient sales presentations • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule for efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets • Address customer needs and drive sales performance • Understand and utilize the telephony system to record appropriate information in CRM according to customer business rules and training • Use marketing and selling materials and clinical data designed for the respective audience • Identify and monitor multiple local market conditions • Build and support strong customer relationships • Drive product promotion solutions and execute marketing strategies • Conduct inbound and outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 1+ years’ experience in business-to-business sales • Self-motivation with strong performance orientation • Expert virtual selling skills, including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple systems • Virtual/inside sales experience strongly preferred • Healthcare experience preferred
