📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight for the division Provider Recruitment team, ensuring LifePoint metrics and objectives are met • Assess, improve and implement best practices to recruit and retain providers in LifePoint markets • Oversee critical recruitments for the division and prioritize the division recruitment team’s work • Partner with corporate and hospital leadership and recruitment teams to execute provider recruitment and retention strategies • Develop and implement provider recruitment strategies based on divisional priorities • Manage and mentor Sourcing Specialists and Recruiters • Train and educate the recruitment team on a smooth recruitment process, including financial negotiations and closings • Collaborate on balanced provider recruitment strategies to support market competitiveness and retention • Develop, review and provide insight on national recruiting and retention trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a related field • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
