📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new church opportunities • Establish relationships with existing churches to grow and support their ministry needs with Lifeway resources • Build and grow relationships with church accounts across an assigned territory through outbound sales via phone, email, and video calls • Develop relationships with ministry stakeholders, including Senior Pastors, Worship Pastors, and Small Groups Pastors, to understand needs and maximize resource reach • Pursue and convert new church prospects assigned as Salesforce leads using a strategic sales plan • Create and maintain territory sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets • Recommend Lifeway resources, events, and services using a question-based consultative approach • Stay current on Lifeway print and digital releases through ongoing training and product learning • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, log sales activity in real time, and surface customer feedback • Partner with Customer Success and Outbound Field teams to expand territory reach and improve ministry effectiveness • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets aligned with overall revenue goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, required • 1+ years of direct sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong consultative and active listening skills with the ability to tailor solutions to individual customer needs • Proficiency navigating multiple software systems simultaneously • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Highly coachable and adaptable to feedback, process changes, and new product information • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Oracle, and/or Salesforce CRM, preferred • Previous experience in a church, ministry, or faith-based organization, preferred • Familiarity with Lifeway resources, Bible study curriculum, or church ministry products, preferred • Fully bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral), preferred
