📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and integration of Lime’s Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash and Revenue platform • Act as the principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud • Lead end-to-end implementation and engineering projects • Design, configure, and optimize processes across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger • Define and govern transaction architecture for usage-based billing • Translate accounting policy and commercial constructs into system design for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios • Own subledger-to-GL architecture across AR, RMCS, FAH, and Oracle GL • Architect integrations between Oracle Fusion and middleware, commerce/order systems, tax engines, payment/settlement feeds, CRM/CLM, usage platforms, and reporting/data warehouse layers • Serve as design authority during fit-gap, global design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases • Partner with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, Sourcing, and corporate business teams • Establish and enforce development and coding standards for Oracle extensions and reports • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, analyze patch impacts, and recommend platform innovations • Participate in a shared on-call rotation • Troubleshoot production issues, outages, and critical alerts • Escalate incidents and collaborate to restore service • Document issues and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents • Provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience • 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise architecting and developing solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud • Deep functional and technical knowledge across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger • Experience architecting end-to-end OTC and revenue solutions across subscription, usage-based, and B2B customer billing models • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Order Management and Subscription Management • Experience with enterprise order capture, contract amendments, subscription activation, billing schedules, usage rating, approval routing, and complex orchestration flows • Proven experience designing transaction objects, event models, accounting rules, supporting references, and accounting transformations in FAH • Experience enabling ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliant revenue recognition in RMCS • Strong hands-on experience across Accounts Receivable, Collections, and General Ledger • Experience designing scalable accounting and revenue solutions for high-volume transactional environments • Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment/settlement systems, tax engines, CRM/CLM platforms, and external general ledger/reporting ecosystems • 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or major transformations • Expert-level SQL/PL-SQL skills with deep database management experience • Proficiency creating complex OTBI reports, BI Publisher templates, and BICC data extractions • Mastery of enterprise integration tools and middleware, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, or custom API gateways • Experience performing technical design and code reviews • Experience using version control systems (.git) adapted for Oracle configurations • Strong background in compliance-driven environments navigating SOX, GDPR, or CCPA requirements • Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage • Candidates must reside in and work remotely from the United States • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are strongly preferred in relevant modules • Working knowledge of Oracle AP, Fixed Assets / Asset Management, Cash Management, and related subledger accounting flows is preferred • Familiarity with NetSuite GL integration patterns is preferred • Experience with mobility, transportation, SaaS, marketplace, or usage-based business models is preferred • Experience with B2B commercial constructs is preferred
