📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers across Finance and Audit, providing market insights, recruiting expertise, and innovative talent solutions • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer consultation, and onboarding • Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence to understand workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and industry trends to provide consultative guidance • Promote and strengthen the employer brand through sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, digital platforms, and candidate engagement initiatives • Manage and coordinate interviews, interview events, and stakeholder communications • Prepare hiring teams to assess talent and support informed hiring decisions • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and potential through screening and assessment • Use sourcing tools, networking strategies, and talent market research to identify active and passive candidates • Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with processes and standards • Share knowledge, best practices, and guidance with junior recruiters

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ Years experience in talent acquisition directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Proven ability to consult with hiring managers and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
