📋 Description

• Orchestrate multi-stage interview loops across global time zones, including coding assessments, technical architecture reviews, executive panels, and security evaluations • Manage calendar conflicts, room bookings, and virtual conference links using scheduling tools and AI-assisted availability matching • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial screen through offer acceptance • Prepare interview itineraries, technical interview guidelines, and panel details • Serve as the primary support contact for logistics inquiries, expense questions, and interview-day assistance • Maintain data integrity across active pipelines in Ashby • Initiate background checks, NDAs, and pre-employment compliance verifications • Audit interview feedback submissions and scorecard accuracy, following up with interviewers for timely feedback • Use data insights to identify process gaps and recommend improvements • Assist with job posting distribution, recruiting events, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support troubleshooting and workflow optimization as an Ashby subject-matter expert • Use AI tools to summarize and organize panel feedback for hiring committee decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination experience • Ideally experience within a fast-growing technology or cybersecurity SaaS environment • Hands-on expertise with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever • Experience with automated scheduling tools such as GoodTime, Calendly, or Google Workspace • Ability to manage high-volume, complex calendars across multiple global time zones • Meticulous attention to detail • Strong commitment to candidate privacy and data confidentiality • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Professional, service-oriented mindset • Proficiency with AI-assisted writing and productivity tools such as Claude or ChatGPT • Prior experience coordinating complex technical engineering interview loops preferred • Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace preferred • Working knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, industry trends, and technical job domains preferred • Experience using AI data analysis or insights tools preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
