📋 Description

• Own Lingraphica's full payor revenue engine from contract negotiation and payor strategy through billing, collections, cash posting, and reconciliation • Set and drive strategy for payor access and expansion • Lead negotiation of payor contract terms and reimbursement rates • Track payor policies and analyze payor trends and performance data • Build and lead the Payor Strategy Manager • Oversee billing and collections operations, including timely and accurate claims submission and follow-up • Own collections performance, aging, and denial-management workflows • Partner with the Senior Manager, Payor Readiness on funding and authorization handoff into billing • Drive cash flow performance and manage the cash forecast • Oversee cash posting and reconciliation against contracted rates • Establish processes to identify underpayments and rate discrepancies • Build and report KPIs covering payor access, contract rates, billing/collections, and cash reconciliation accuracy • Develop data-driven business cases for payor negotiations and prioritization • Maintain expert-level knowledge of payor reimbursement terms, billing regulations, and collections compliance • Perform other duties as assigned • Directly manage the Reimbursement Manager, Cash Posting & Reconciliation Manager, and Payor Strategy Manager • Report directly to the Director, Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management • Direct experience with payor contracting or reimbursement rate negotiation • At least 5 years of management experience • Proven people-leadership experience managing managers and multi-team departments • Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and cash reconciliation workflows in a healthcare or DME/HME environment • Demonstrated experience building or owning a cash forecast or AR/revenue model • Track record of using data and analytics to inform payor and contracting strategy • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional influence skills • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings • Experience in speech-generating devices, durable medical equipment, or related healthcare technology space (preferred) • Experience building or scaling a dedicated payor strategy or managed care department (preferred) • Familiarity with payor policy analytics and reimbursement modeling tools (preferred) • Reliable and secure internet access • Ability to operate a computer, with or without reasonable accommodation • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
