📋 Description

• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams inside and outside the company to plan new features • Design APIs and data models provided by SDKs for clients’ apps and websites • Develop tailored experiences to help clients engage users and meet goals • Optimize SDKs for developer-friendliness, customizability, and reliability • Support client SDK integrations through documentation, sample code, and correspondence • Automate tools and processes for development, testing, and release management • Monitor crash logs and developer feedback to identify product improvements • Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and efficiency • Lead and manage multiple web development projects concurrently • Supervise junior web engineers • Apply technical design and creative skills to software and SDK development • Deliver tailored solutions for customers in a fast-paced startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in similar roles • Considerable experience building developer-facing products such as software libraries, frameworks, and SDKs • Expert proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS • Deep understanding of interacting with HTTP APIs • Complementary skills in API design, data modeling, and technical writing • Experience with React JS, React Native, and Lit.js is a plus • Experience working at a SaaS company is appreciated • Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team and global cross-office teams • Understanding and practice of agile development methodology • Working knowledge of UX design best practices • Ability to translate user stories into visual designs, mockups, and wireframes using tools such as InVision • Strong skills with HTML5, CSS, basic JavaScript, Responsive Bootstrap, Material Design, LESS/SASS • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and/or NoSQL databases is an advantage • Experience with Agile, JIRA, Git, CI/CD, AWS, ELK, and APM • Passion for code reviews, engineering best practices, and mentoring/coaching developers • Ability to incorporate new technologies as required • Experience with real-time communications applications • Operational/DevOps experience managing deployments, QA, and scripting in AWS • Strong experience with unit testing and test-driven development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming ability • Initiative and drive to contribute
