📋 Description

• Support the recruiting team in delivering full-cycle, high-volume talent acquisition for client organizations • Support modern, human-centric HR solutions that improve workplace experiences • Assist with client engagements through coordination and administrative tasks • Maintain a positive, professional presence with candidates and client stakeholders • Partner with Recruiters, livingHR Principals, and client stakeholders on engagement delivery • Track work output and maintain accurate project and candidate documentation • Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews across multiple requisitions • Assist Recruiters and hiring managers with pipeline organization and prioritization • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools to reduce time-to-fill • Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates • Support employer branding through job postings, candidate communications, and career page/social content • Track recruiting metrics and flag process improvement opportunities • Maintain ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related coordination/administrative role; internships or early-career experience welcome • Interest in developing client-facing skills within consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies • Foundational understanding of HR or recruiting practices • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort supporting multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities • Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require • HR or platform certifications are a plus, but not required
