πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers β€’ Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels β€’ Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria β€’ Follow up promptly on marketing campaign responses and nurture interested prospects β€’ Contact and qualify leads generated through trade shows, conferences, and industry events β€’ Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the sales team β€’ Maintain accurate prospect, lead, and activity records in the CRM system β€’ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts β€’ Travel occasionally to trade shows, conferences, customer events, and company meetings

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2–4 years of experience in software/hardware company, business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related sales role β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred β€’ Experience using AI-powered BDR, sales engagement, and prospecting platforms is highly desirable β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach β€’ Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment β€’ Driver’s license for travel β€’ Candidates must be based in Wisconsin, Florida, Connecticut, California, Texas or Illinois
