📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and Talent Management applications, primarily Greenhouse • Manage application security, user access, system updates, configuration changes, and enhancements • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT, Business Systems, HR, and vendors • Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for system changes, integrations, and enhancements • Validate changes and ensure solutions meet business requirements before production deployment • Partner with HR, IT, Business Systems, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions • Serve as a subject matter resource for Greenhouse and related HR technology capabilities • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system functionality, automation, and user experience • Manage relationships with Greenhouse and other HR technology vendors • Coordinate communications, training, and implementation activities for system changes • Prepare and present system updates, recommendations, and project information to Steering Committee members and stakeholders • Build knowledge of HR and Talent Management processes and emerging HR technology capabilities • Develop creative, practical solutions aligned with Loenbro's business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Talent Management systems, or business applications • Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management applications • Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Experience supporting application integrations and troubleshooting system issues • Experience developing and executing system testing plans, test scenarios, and test cases • Experience working with cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams • Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong experience with HRIS, ATS, or Talent Management applications • Understanding of HR and Talent Management processes and technology • Experience supporting application integrations and data exchanges • Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and release management • Understanding of application security, user roles, permissions, and access management • Experience creating system documentation, test plans, process documentation, and user communications • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools • Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend practical technology solutions • Occasional travel may be required for company meetings, training, project activities, or other business needs • Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, PPE requirements, and Loenbro's EH&S policies
