📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflow solutions for Managed Services • Build AI orchestration patterns connecting systems, data, prompts, APIs, scripts, and operational workflows • Develop automation that reduces manual work, improves service delivery speed and consistency, and creates measurable cost avoidance • Create reusable components, connectors, scripts, and workflow patterns across multiple use cases • Support internal AI Orchestration capabilities and related automation services • Analyze operational pain points and determine whether AI, automation, integration, process improvement, or a combination is the best solution • Identify systemic automation opportunities and validate efficiency gains or business value using data, outcome measures, and stakeholder feedback • Develop LLM-enabled workflows, agentic automation patterns, and AI-assisted operational processes with guardrails and fallback logic • Integrate enterprise tools, monitoring platforms, ITSM systems, cloud services, and internal applications • Troubleshoot automation defects, integration failures, and AI workflow issues; implement durable fixes and continuous improvements • Document solution designs, configurations, support steps, ownership, release notes, and knowledge articles • Participate in testing, UAT, release readiness, change control, and production support • Collaborate with engineers, service owners, process owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate outcomes • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Stay current on AI automation development, orchestration patterns, LLM tooling, integration frameworks, and service operations trends • No supervisory responsibilities; may receive dotted-line technical guidance from senior AI automation resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience developing automations, integrations, scripts, workflows, or application solutions in enterprise or services environments • Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code automation tools • Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation solutions • Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, human-in-the-loop patterns, guardrails, fallback logic, and production AI considerations • Experience integrating with ITSM tools, monitoring/observability tools, cloud platforms, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, or internal business applications • Ability to analyze business or operational processes and convert requirements into working automation solutions • Strong troubleshooting skills, including root-cause analysis, trade-off evaluation, and sustainable fixes • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and operational teams • Critical thinking, documentation discipline, ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to experiment and iterate • Working knowledge of Managed Services operations, ITIL practices, or service management processes is preferred • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred • Experience with data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, event-driven workflows, or containerized environments is a plus • Certifications related to AI, automation, cloud platforms, ITIL, or service management are preferred but not required
