📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js • Build and enhance user interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend services • Deliver end-to-end features from database and API to frontend UI • Optimize and manage complex MySQL and PostgreSQL database schemas and queries • Conduct code reviews for backend and frontend codebases • Analyze JIRA business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Mentor and support junior developers • Participate in Kanban-based sprint planning, estimation, and delivery • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance • Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the tech stack and development processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience • Full Stack Developer experience delivering frontend and backend features • Strong Node.js backend development expertise • Proficiency in React and Next.js • Advanced MySQL experience, including query optimization, schema design, and migrations • Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL • Ability to write unit tests for frontend and backend • REST API design and best practices knowledge • Experience with VSCode, Git, branching, and pull requests • Familiarity with Kanban or similar Agile methodologies • Expert proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript • Strong React (>18) and Next.js (>14) experience • Advanced SQL skills, especially PostgreSQL/MySQL, including joins, indexing, and migrations • Database relationships and data modeling knowledge in Node.js applications • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows • Experience with VSCode and modern developer tooling • Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
