📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Axiom data models, calculation templates, report templates, and workflows supporting regulatory reporting requirements • Develop and enhance data integration processes to extract, transform, and load financial data from source systems into the Axiom platform • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data transformation, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting • Configure and customize Axiom functionality for evolving business and regulatory reporting requirements • Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and processing routines to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and reliability • Perform unit testing, system testing, data validation, and reconciliation • Troubleshoot and resolve Axiom application, data processing, integration, and performance issues, including production support • Collaborate with business analysts, regulatory reporting SMEs, data teams, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on Axiom development and support experience, preferably within banking or financial services • Strong experience designing and developing Axiom data models, calculation templates, report templates, and workflows • Proficiency in SQL development, including complex queries, stored procedures, data transformations, and performance optimization • Experience configuring and customizing Axiom regulatory reporting solutions • Strong understanding of relational databases, data structures, data mapping, and data integration concepts • Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts and reporting processes • Experience performing unit testing, system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with exceptional attention to detail • Bachelor's degree • Ability to successfully complete a background investigation • For applicable roles, ability to meet U.S. government security clearance requirements
