📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain software code bases • Write code and debug software • Participate in learning opportunities to build fundamental software engineering skills • Follow coding standards and contribute to pull requests and code reviews • Work with team members to address code and architectural challenges • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software projects • Work closely with Quality Assurance teams and participate in QA efforts when needed • Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 0-2 years of experience in software engineering or a related field • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies • Basic coding skills • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Strong collaborative mindset • Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements • Ability to execute tasks with supervision, contribute to team projects, and continuously improve technical skills • In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies • Basic understanding of software development life cycle, agile practices, and coding standards • Up to 5% travel time required
