📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications • Write clean, maintainable, efficient code following team standards and best practices • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Contribute to system enhancements and implementation • Participate in code reviews and seek feedback • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and bugs • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies • Use approved AI-assisted tools throughout the software development lifecycle • Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, compliance, and business appropriateness • Adopt team-defined prompts, skills, agents, and AI-assisted development patterns • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow and automation improvements • Follow governance policies for AI usage, intellectual property, security, privacy, PHI handling, and Responsible AI • Participate in peer reviews and validation processes for AI-assisted solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience • Proficiency in C# or Python and familiarity with their ecosystems • Working knowledge of relational database development, preferably SQL Server • Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures • Familiarity with Git-based version control, including pull requests • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes • Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Government-issued photo ID submission and identity verification • Comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • AI tools prohibited during interviews • Must comply with security, privacy, regulatory, Responsible AI, intellectual property, PHI handling, and enterprise AI-use policies
