📋 Description

• Own and achieve the ARR targets for the Retail Pharmacy vertical • Develop and execute strategic account plans for national, regional, specialty, grocery, health system, and independent pharmacies • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline supporting predictable revenue growth • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution • Build executive relationships and negotiate complex enterprise agreements • Serve as LSPedia's market expert for retail pharmacy • Provide indirect leadership to Account Executives and BDRs through vertical sales strategies and account planning • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to improve market penetration and customer outcomes • Share customer and competitive intelligence to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives • Represent LSPedia at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events • Develop relationships with industry associations, wholesalers, consultants, and strategic partners • Position LSPedia as a trusted advisor on DSCSA compliance, pharmacy operations, and supply chain technology

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience • 5+ years selling into retail pharmacy organizations • Proven success selling complex enterprise solutions with multiple stakeholders • Established executive relationships within the retail pharmacy industry • Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and healthcare technology • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship skills • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Preferred: Experience with pharmacy technology, pharmaceutical supply chain, or DSCSA compliance • Preferred: Existing relationships with national retail pharmacy chains, wholesalers, or pharmacy technology vendors
