📋 Description

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with VIP clients • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback • Help maintain client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty • Maintain accurate client records and documentation • Support data tracking and analysis related to client satisfaction and performance • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives and expectations • Assist senior account managers with ongoing tasks and projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information • Nice to have: Knowledge or background in the iGaming industry • Nice to have: Native-level language skills in either Bahasa Malaysia (Malay), Thai, or Mandarin • Nice to have: Previous experience working with VIP/high-value clients • Submit your resume in English
