• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across corporate, higher-ed, hospitality, and experiential markets. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to proposal coordination, negotiation, and closing. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistent activity tracking within CRM and quoting workflows. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets to drive company growth. • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to create accurate, competitive, and profitable project proposals. • Own assigned client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the account lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in AV integration, technology sales, or a related design-build environment. • Proven track record of selling boardrooms, hybrid collaboration spaces, or enterprise AV systems. • Strong organizational skills and disciplined experience with CRM workflows. • Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate their business value to clients and consultants. • Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
• Base salary + Commission, Commensurate with experience
