📋 Description

• Oversee LYT's Finance and Accounting operations • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information • Provide financial oversight, analysis, and decision support to the leadership team • Coordinate with an external accounting partner performing day-to-day accounting activities • Review and interpret financial statements and identify significant variances, anomalies, or areas requiring further investigation • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including taxes and compliance • Provide data and analysis for decision making • Monitor and adjust forecasts • Track business performance • Conduct cost/benefit analyses • Monitor cash balances and cash flow and coordinate routine cash management activities • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for external accounting, tax, banking, and other financial service providers • Monitor providers' deliverables, timelines, and quality of work • Provide information supporting pricing, RFP responses, sales tax, budget development and tracking, and M&A support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience • Ability to succinctly summarize and communicate complex financial data and analyses to convey the broader strategic picture • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or other related field • Must be able to pass a background check • MVR checks are conducted when applicable to the role
