• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across assigned client organizations • Research HR issues, resolve concerns, and provide guidance within established authority • Own leave of absence administration from intake through eligibility determination, tracking, return-to-work coordination, and accommodation requests • Administer employee benefits and retirement programs, including open enrollment, enrollments, qualifying life events, contribution changes, deferral elections, terminations, audits, reconciliations, and communications • Manage employee relations matters, including intake, investigation, documentation, corrective action, and manager guidance • Supervise assigned staff through work assignment, quality review, coaching, development, and accountability for service delivery • Oversee payroll data accuracy and timeliness for assigned client organizations • Support performance management processes, including review cycles, corrective action, performance improvement plans, and manager accountability • Execute compliance activities and maintain audit-ready employee records, documentation, reports, and required filings • Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, benefits, and related systems • Execute HR projects such as handbook updates, policy revisions, onboarding and orientation programs, organizational changes, and audits • Prepare HR documentation, reports, communications, and training materials for internal and client-facing use • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience • Seven or more years of progressive human resources experience across employee relations, leave administration, benefits and retirement programs, compliance, and performance management • Experience working in multi-state environments • Experience applying federal, state, and local employment requirements • Knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR operations • Ability to use HR technology and business systems and quickly learn new platforms • Ability to research issues, evaluate information, and implement practical solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands while maintaining accuracy and quality • Clear, professional, and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication • Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
